Bribe for getting a new EB connection

Hi,

I was insisted to pay Rs.5000/- to get a new 3 Phase EB connection. For even doing their work we need to pay bribe.
Really ********** off with this country.

We need to raise our voice to increase the punishment for getting bribe.
