Bribe of 50,000.
I know paying bribe is illegal but people force us to do so.strict action needs to be taken now.below is my stroy.
I bought a home in Thane suburbs for which builder asked me to get a home loan of nearby 10,00,000/- by a GIC housing finance comapny.
GIC is government based company which sanction loan to people like us in need. Even after submitting all the required documents the officer over there was delaying the process week by week. Which made me realize he need some extra money from me. I already paid the processing charges which was greater than any other Housing Loan process.
Instead of paying the charges he was expecting more & finally one day he asked for it in statement which stated as he was asking which is going a basically all time.
He said "aab sab ko thik sey file process karney kay liye mujhe kuch 49,000/- lageyngay"
I was totally shock by it & question why this what not said previously.
He replied " yeh sab aapko aapney builder sey puchna chaiye tha".
Then being sad with all my dreams vanished i stated all this to mom, even she was very tense for next few days. Later i asked one of my good friend to lend me some money. Tooked money from friend & handed to that GIC guy. Still its been 6 months i was unable to return that "bribe paid money" to my good friend.
I would like to lodge a complaint without mentioning my name.Please help.
Can we get some sting operation done on this. Please assist & look into this big racket of Government officer of (GIC Housing *******
