Bribe given for passport Verification.

My husband applied for Passport this February, 2011 (Tatkal Service). he got his d same 10 days after applying. then police came our home for verification, at Asansol, West Bengal. they came 3/4times n didn't stop till we paid him Rs1,000/- cash.
