My wife had submitted ESI claims of her delivery at Indiranagar Despensary on 21.08.2010 & suddenly I received a call on 1st Jan 2011 that if i pay Rs 1500 immedietly They will give me a cheque of Rs 14000 in two days.I took Rs 1000 from my friend & paid at ESI Despensary ********** Nagar also requested him to give me the cheque & will pay the balance amount of Rs 500.
Till ********** neither I have received the cheque & i asked him to pay the money back he is threatning me that he will cancel all the claims made by me.
