Hello all.
Really i got shocked and wondered when a bank chief manager asked me to pay 2000 instead of 1000 to the advocate who was assigned to make a legal openion about my home loan security matters. i was ready to pay 1000 as my share. but manager told me that its normally my duty itself to pay for bank's share also to boost up the loan approval. eventhough it was clearly mentioned on the bank's brochures they were asking me to pay 1000 extra for paying bank's share for legal note.
