Bribe for Housing Loan

Still we need to pay bribe in Private / national bank for Housing loan. I have taken loan from LIC, Koyala vihar branch.
I have submitted all the legal & correct document. they paid some amount , but for remain amount they are asking i need xx document. My Sales executive told if i pay some bribe amount to that dept ment in that case they will collect that xx document from Regetration office & they will pay my pending amount. Even LIC manager also very rough in his behavior. So not only Govt sector even private sector also bribe case are available. regards, **********
