There was so much miscommunication in Airtel. I made sure I pay online so as to avoid any cash transaction. This time for a new connection the guy at koramangla airtel office refused to accept my address proof ( housing contract) which expired last month. And accepted same doc after 100 rs charge which was unbilled. Anyway to lodge a complaint even though I have no proof?
