I was a student of XXXXX. I went there for bringing my 12th board certificate but the all staffs of that place requests for bribe and if not paid they do not process your request. Even principal is also involved in it. Everyone is tired of giving bribe but none of them reported to police. Please help me i also have a video. Even many people are thinking it as a small matter and media is not helping me but i want to punish them. XXXX
