After my Dad passed away and upon approaching the MRO office in Shappur Nagar in Qutubullapur Mandal (Ranga Reddy District), Andhra Pradesh, India, for Legal Heir certificate , the officer mentioned that in RR district they are taking 15,000 Rupees as bribe. This is mandatory otherwise we would never get the certificate and would have to struggle for the same. Atlast the officer agreed for 8000 Rupees.
