I am a retired GOvt Personeel, living alone in BALASORE. There is a rule that if the LPG is not booked by 6 months, the accounts gets cancelled and we have to deactivate it, by writing a letter. I did the same and for many days there was no response. I had to constantly call. After a month there was a inspection and I had to pay Rs 500 as he asked for it. It was BRIBE to activate my connection.
