Hi,
I work in Dubai. During my vacation last year i had bought flat screen television from UAE & it cost me around 45000 INR.When i reached to the mumbai airport the custom officer pulled me from the line & asked to come to his office and asked me all sorts of questions. I told him that i have no other itams except my TV. I showed him the actual invoice also but he still asking for the bribe of 5000INR and he said if you don't want to pay just leave your TV here and come next day to claim. I stay very far from aiport and i was on vacation just for 4 days so it was immpossible for me to keave my TV behind so i paid him INR 2000 + 200 Dirhas hard cash. I coudn't remember his name but he was drunk on the duty.
