Bribe for New electricity connection

I am forced to pay a huge amount of bribe for the new electicity connection. I had applied for the same months ago and they were just delaying as i didnt pay any penny as bribe. Later i had no option than paying them what they wanted to get this connection. I am still waiting for the connection. Hope i will get it soon.
