I have been returning from office to home one evening. Couple of days when it has rained heavily, I have taken out the Bike insurance cover out and placed at home but forgot to replace in bike. I was asked to pay Rs. 300 but the Police has taken only Rs. 200 and didn't give me receipt. As I was hurrying home to take my wife to hospital, I didn't bother at that time.
