Some years ago, in mohali, Punjab traffic police stopped me for documents check, I had a brand new bike 2 months old, they asked me money for one beer directly or they will challan me for not having pollution certificate, Even on telling them about my new bike that has no need for pollution for first six month, they were asking money for JUST ONE BEER, and I had to pay Rs50 finally.
