As most of the people aware of the fact that obc certificate needs renewal for every year.i approached the authority with necessary documents.but they rejected my application.i found a middle man dealing withe these officals ,i paid him 600 for getting the certificate. after a day i received the certificate.corruption paves opportunities for middle mans to enhance their lives.as far iam concerned there is no flaw in the sysytem but the persons how executing the process must be seriously punished.
