I was about a register a property and the person who prepared all the documents suddenly came and asked me Rs 10000, when inquired for what, he said we will have to give bribe to the registrar or else they will not register the document. This is highly atrocious, why should some one pay bribe to someone for doing his job, are they not getting salary - They can might as well beg than accepting bribes, each day 100 of registration takes place, no wonder the job is so much in demand they pay high bribes to get the Job and then earn, This is a day light robbery in all registration offices, unless we public get together and punish these individuals, things will be the same for ever, at least lets make India better for our children if not for us.
