Bribe paid to chane the name on Tax Slip

I had purchased a house forma customer & I wanted to have my name of the property tax papers. I had filed an application for the same. But the apporving officer asked for the bribe. He said that If I paid Rs.2000 then only he will aprove my application. I had to pay the amount. Now my name is there on the tas papers but still I didnot receive the original paper. He is agains asking for money to handover the papers. Now what to do? please tell me.
