Bribe Paid to get attested certificates

I was applying to pursue M.Tech from IITs. Attested photocopies of my original certificates required at that time.So, i went to one Government doctor in Periyar Nagar as it was at most urgent to get the attestation. Even though i had all my original certificates with me at the time, the doctor and his assistant asked me to give Rs.100. It is a shame for his profession and to our country also.I had no way at that time.Because, the place was new to me as i came from other place to do my job. The official should be punished.
