I have participated in open tendering process in preparation of detailed project report for engineering consultancy services in sawai madhopur district chairman and municipal commissioner along with other staff cleared me if you want to get your bills processed you have to give an percentage to get bills cleared and i have paid just only because they wont process next stage bill if i havnt done that.
