BRIBE PAID TO GET A NO OBJECTION CERTIFICATE AT R.T.O. PUNE (MAHARASHTRA MOTOR VEHICLE DEPARTMENT)

I am a final year student of electrical engineering from a reputed private university of pune. first of all i would like to share my experience at R.T.O. PUNE with all the members as well as the administrators of this site I PAID A BRIBE(IPAB). first time in my life i got a chance to go to a R.T.O. and believe me this pune's R.T.O. which is near to the pune central station was just as crowded as the evening narrow streets of the famous red light area of pune budhwarpeth. it was completely filled with pimps or it won't be proper on my part to say them pimp's instead i would cal them agents that would be proper or ********** be respectful.the condition of the R.T.O. compound which was big enough in my opinion was full of the agents trying to covience anyone who entered the compound. when i entered the R.T.O. compound three agents came to me and asked me what i was looking for and i explained them that i needed a no objection certificate so that i could take my motorcycle to my native place. they said me that don't go inside the office nobody will listen to you ,they(the officer in the transport office) will nither forward your document for further verification nor will take money from you unless and until we take your documents along with their share of bribe.when i went inside i found there was no one willing to help me or even talk to me directly so that at least i could know how to proceed or get started. at the end i came to a conclusion that without an agent my work won't get completed and finally i managed an agent who charged me 1000 rs only for making my no objection certificate which should have been made by the government officials who are there for the same with much less than the amount i paid to the agent. this is the condition of the so called metros in our country. if this is the condition of pune what would be the condition of smaller cities in our country. god only knows when this mess will get cleared.
