We are leaving here in New Anaaj Mandi near Filmistan in Delhi-6. We had applied for the PAN Card. The post man came with PAN CARD parcel. He gave the parcel but asked for some BAKHSHISH, on refusing he said don't worry, we have to come nest time also, and will never be able to get any document in future. He can do to meet his word so at last we pay him Rs. 50 to just pacify him. it's shame to live in this country where on every step you have to pay some thing to some one.
