Paid Rs 110000 to JE of HUDA (Haryana Urban Development Authority) to approve the Completion Certificate. HUDA, HSIDC & DHBVN is most corrupt department in Gurgaon, Haryana. Most of the people leaving in Gurgaon are working in Private Sector having shortage of time and can not go again and again to these departments to get clearance of their files.
