Bribe paid to include wife's name

• Food, Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs
• Adding Name to Ration Card
• Paid INR 100

Father has went to Ration Card office to include my wife's name in Ration Card. The Office has asked my father to pay Rs. 500 in order to speed up work. When father said that he did not have the amount they comprised and started resucing the amount. Finally they asked for Rs. 250 and Father told them he only has rs. 100, which was for personal expenses, they took the money and told father that they will do it right now but my father has to bring the remaining amount.

Finally my wife's name has been added but then we did not visited again to the said department
