Claimant has filed his Mediclaim for Rs Approx 26000/- of his wife for Breast Cancer operation which was done during August 2006, passing authority objected to pass the claim that because the patient is unable to submit the fitness certificate of the hospital and as per clause of the policy is that in case of cancer operation, fitness certificate is necessary so claimant,s claim ********** be rejected . Then the claimant has paid the Bribe of Rs. 3000/- to the passing authority , payment was released immediately.
