Paid 5,00,000 for a permission of a 3 floor residential building. Some person around our proposed building did not want a building to come up in this area, thinking that I was making a commercial building. Infact it was a residential building. So the municipal commissioner asked me for a bribe in 2 installments of Rs. 2.5 lacs each. One in advance and the second one on the day the permission is given.
