My mom died in 2004. We were in sorrow. My dad was in touch with the school administration for her PF. They were not issuing and were dilly dailying. My dad was approached by the munshi and it seems he was the one who used to take care of such matters. He assured that he will get all done with his cut.
My father having served his life in pvt sector and never interacted with govt.deptt., wanted to close the matter as he had enough. He agreed and finally after 3 months, my mom's PF were released. Yes, we paid Bribe. Feel ashamed, angery but what can a common man do when there is no listening for a genuine voice.
Yes, we are commom man. We dont have patience and time to wait. We have to look in our daily schedule to survive and dont want any delays in the rightful.
