Bribe paid to recieve registered post on behalf of my wife

Bangalore Marathalli post office officials harassed to deliver a registered post for issual of new passport for my wife. I have requested showing relevant documents that am her husband and my wife was out of station but they refused to deliver passport, finally i had to pay 500 bugs to get the passport.
