No one was listening to me in electricity dept. one of the most corrupt dept in India. We wanted to have a new meter as current meter was faulty. They replaced with new meter and took a bribe of 3000 Rs. New meter was also faulty, so we asked thyem to replace it with newer one then thay again charged 3000 rs and asked us to get it self tested from Kaithal. We went to Kaithal and got it tested from govt lab where we gave another 500 Rs.
