First he Sr. Lab inspector) demands documents. if the documents are produced he will say these are fabricated and wont see properly. Harass to the core and demand lots of money. finally without any option to get rid of his harassment the money has been paid.
Please take action by the concerned department. the government is not doing any initiative to curb these
