Bribe for passport renewal

I had gone to the Kothrud Police station Passport section with my Son for his passport renewal . After the verification the clerk ( not in uniform) was collecting various amounts while collecting the verified papers at the end of the process. Though he did not specifically ask for an amount ; others in the queue ahead were shelling out amounts like 50rs. Since unfortunately I didnt have change ; i gave 100 rs . that my sons passport has still not come is a differnrt story
