We had to pay our property tax dues. We asked for the exact statement of property taxes due. They gave us incorrect statement saying we had not payed from 5 years. We were forced to pay bribe in order to check our files and verify that we have payed regularly.
Officer asked for 25000 bribe...after negotiating we payed 15000...and later realised that it was planned by the officers to rip money from middle class public by panicking them in ways like claiming that property taxes were due or paying property taxes below he market rate.
