Sankar at Receiption of Cyberabad Police Commissioner office asked Rs.500/- to get NOC for CAR transfer to different state on the same day. When I talked to him initially he told all are automated, there is no way you can get in a day. You need to wait for a week. Later in the Xerox shop a broker approached Babu me asking give Rs.500/- bribe to get the work done on same day. When I agreed, he conducted Sankar, Sankar came to T-Stall collected Rs.500/- and told he will get done the work on the same day.
