I received a registered post at my location. Since i was in office when postman came,he left a note asking me to come and collect it from the nearest post office. When i showed the note in the post office, the guy took out the registered post and asked me to come out. He said that i need to pay him as they had already visited my premises. Even after revolting, he was not ready to hand over it. I had to reluctantly pay ?50. I felt very bad.
