I have bought a land in Arcot -Corporation limit. Bribe starts from the Doorstep of Stamp vendor come sale deed typist . He can walk freely into the Arcot registrar office at any nook & corner since he is the channel. Due to small dispute over the document for my colleague, it was delayed. The office hour is 10am to 5pm.But the done our registration has carried out at 6.30pm. He was received directly the bribe of rs 3500 .Since his home at Chennai (He stays at arcot for work) he goes by AC Car it seems. I guess the entire registrar & sub-registrar goes everyday at least RS10000 to 20000 in a day.I am ashamed my self for the act.Office guys separtely I paid rs 400. With regards P
