I had been to municipal corporation and submitted application for issue of Birth certificate along with fees of Rs. 20. But they said one week for issuance. I said we are in urgency please try to give early. Actually it takes 48 hrs, but to take out some money they said like this. They delayed for more than 8 days but for my need i paid some amount and received the certificate. Later on I complained about this to their seniors but was of no use.
