I went to Shivajinagar by bike for my rented flat agreement,I parked my bike outside that office opposite to Sancheti hospital.When I entered there were approx 200 advocates asking me to make any document and pay them extra money for doing that fast. I gave him 500 Rs. for Rent agreement and when I came back, my bike was not there. Then I went to police station and he asked me to pay 400 Rs. for bike.
