Bribe to transfer katha - Chandrashekar - BBMP ward 198 - BMEL Layout

To transfer my katha, I paid a bribe of 8000 to Chandrashekar, ward 198 BEML Layout, Rajarajeshwarinagar, Bangalore. He is really rude. I asked him to low the fees (bribe) and he says, "get lost, don't show your face, you need people who will make you run around, then you'll come to me".. "now let me see how your katha gets transfered"..

I am posting to see if this post makes any difference to a person like that.. i really want someone to do a sting operation and get that person behind bars forever.
