I purchased flat with hard earned money +bank loans in 2012 and In Derabassi MC office, i was asked to pay for govt. fees, which i understand is genuine and than i was asked to get guarantor from MC office - told i dont know one- but i have all my valid ID proofs - he denied stating property cannot by sold or transfered without out guarantee - so he indicated with his hand that he need money - so i asked how much - he said 31000/- i said i cannot. i donot have that much. he thrown my papers on my face - i immediately called my friend and took loan of 31k to get that done - once and for all - i was exhausted with all this - went to their canteen - asked for cold drink and Lays - he said 30/- each - so told that's not MRP - he said i paid huge amount to get contract in this canteen - cannot fulfil that with your MRP - take it for Rs. 30/- or get lost.
