Hiii everybody presently am a student persuing my masters in uk. before i came to uk, i applied for bank's loan, for that purpose i used registration papers of our own loan. the land was registered as agricultural land long back. but presently it is urban land. so to proove it as an urban land, registration department officers asked a bribe of rs.5000. after that, bank's advocate asked for rs.2000 to valuate the land to get my loan approved. it was the very first time i bribed for which i felt very bad....
