I paid a bribe for 1200rs to get my own intermediate certificates.my only fault was i live in delhi now and i was not able to go dhanbad so that i can take my certificates.I asked one of my uncle who lives in dhanbad to take the certificates on my behalf but the college staff asked for 1200rs to give my certificates to uncle beacause i was not there to take it.
