I had schedule and onpine appointment between 2.30-3.00 pm, but had reached RTO early so went upto the counter to check whether he can get it fixed before time, but he refused.
But when a tout contacted me i gave him 150 rs and he got my work done in 15 minutes.
This shows nexus between the agency who is empanalled for name plate and touts at Ahmedabad RTO.
