Bribed on liquor excise duty on Anmod - Goa border.

This happened to me yesterday as I was going to Belgaum from Goa and had to go through the Goa - Anmod check post carrying a bottle of liquor and as the government of Goa permits to carry a bottle per person given you got the license from the liquor shop. However this excise duty officer, asks for a Rs. 100/- per bottle as bribe else he threatened to detain the bottle.
There are hundreds of vehicles travelling through this route daily and the excise officer gets bribes from every body of them. Would request you guys to look into the *******
