Recently I bought a apartment in RR Nagar. On the day of property registration, builder asked to pay 22K apart from registration fee. I asked him "why i need to pay extra 22K" already i have taken DD for the full amount. He told if I dont pay the amount, property will not get registered in my name. It was very difficult situation for me, left with no option other then paying 22K as bribe.
