Bribery in Dhule.

I went to the department to get a affidavit signed. There was a small office where they used to stamp the affidavits after everythings done. The personal over there was not processing my request even after standing in a large line. When my turn came he looked at me and gave me a sign. So i understood he needs some money. I threw him RS20 from the window and he did my work in seconds.
