Bribery to get the job of a Under-graduate primary school teacher

Its an uncommon fact. After i cleared the written examination and also the interview, i would have to pay Rs 8 lakhs to the concern person else i won't get the job.

This are the rates followed in Manipur for your kind info:

MPSC Officer.. Rs. 25 lakhs,
Sub Inspector.. Rs 15 lakhs,
Graduate level council teacher.. 12 lakhs,
Under-graduate primary school teacher.. 8 lakhs,
Police constable.. Rs 3 lakhs.
