I was in desperate need for passport. after 3 months of application, my passport was not ready. i was told to pay Rs.4000 to get my passport. they told they will divide the amount between all the officers. i came to know that daily, hunders of people are giving money to get their passports. all the collected money is divided and given to all the officers. they have a seperate room booked in a lodge in Trichy for this. daily evening they will distribute this money in that lodge.
