Bribes at EB office
Bribes at EB office are regular norms. Yesterday my father went to EB office for converting residential connection to commercial connection for house construction. The person at EB asked for Rs. 1000 for himself and Rs. 1000 for EB bill. And he asked us to pay 350 to the helper who will come and do the actual job of disconnecting and connecting. Nothing moves in EB without any money. We applied for a EB Card as we lost one, the EB card charge is 5 Rs. But the guys took 10 Rs. They wont do any work without a single rupeee bribe. They will all go to hell!!
