I bought property from ********** Infrastructure Developers in Belmonte Apartment Complex in Gurgaon. I had 30,000 charged as miscellaneous charges that were not explained by the builder. After pressing I was told that this is for paying Tahsildars and other officials to get the paperwork done in the process of obtaining permission for the building. Imagine this sum being paid by over 500 apartment dwellers.30,000x500 = ******* paid as bribe by ********** Builders to the officials and eventually charged to the buyers.
