As we see in the movies - it is called as "Chai Pani". Amounts vary from department to department, but the truth is that you cannot manage to move the papers without paying for chai pani. It is no more about conscience. It has become a right to demand for bribe. I have paid varrying amounts to get the NOC's for setting up a hotel from Health dept., from Pollution board etc. etc.
