I was forced to pay bribe to the Superintendant of Police - Kakinada, to get my passport verified and my criminal records checked.
The constable outside taught me to walk into the SP chamber, greet him and shake hand him with the money being invisible to any one. The amount had to be pre-discussed with the constable & no talking inside the SP chamber. The experience was intimidating for a college student like me from a nearby town called *******
